On Monday 6 July 2009 a price increase will come into effect for domestic Parcel Post and Express Post products, International Letters and Parcels, Registered Post, Print Post and Unaddressed Mail services.

The increase is necessary to cover the increased cost of delivering these services, due to a rise in transportation and processing charges. The following services will be affected by the changes, unless you have a current contract agreement with Australia Post for these services and it stipulates otherwise:

*       Parcel Post - (average increase of 3.9%) 

*       Express Post - (average increase of 3.6%)

*       International Letters - (average increase of 3.2%) 

*       International Parcels - (average increase of 3.0%) 

*       Registered Post - (average increase of 4.5%)

*       Print Post - (average increase of 3.6% - for Linehaul rates please contact your Account Manager)

*       Unaddressed Mail - (average increase of 4.0%)
