Q. What format should I send data files to you in?
A. iGroup accepts almost any formats including Excel, Access, ASCII and comma delimited
Q. Do you do data manipulation?
A. Yes, we offer a complete suite of IT data service for all your requirements including data merging, data cleansing, deduping, return mail scanning & barcoding.

Q. What artwork formats do you accept?
A. iGroup accepts most formats, PDF, jpeg, illustrator & indesign
Q. What is bleed?
A. Run off on artwork so when it is cropped the colour goes to edge.
Q. What are crop marks?
A. The Guillotine mark
Q. Do you supply hard copy proofs?
A. Yes if required or we can supply high resolution pdf’s in turn

A. We can source almost any stock type depending upon your needs

Q. What is the difference in postage between large and DL?
A. DL is $0.55 up to 125g and Large is $1.10 up to 125g
Q. What is DPID?
A. This allows us to "pre sort" the mail for Australia Post and get reduced postage rates. It also adds two break points between small and large letter. Small Plus and Medium and therefore some substantial postage discounts from large letter.
Q. Is it cheaper to use a window envelope?
A. Yes, if the letter is being personalised.
Q. What type of envelope is machine compatible?
A. Lick and stick wallet style.
Q. Can you fold A3 to DL?
A. Yes
Q. How many inserts can you machine insert into envelopes?
A. upto 6 plus live A4 letter/statement
Q. How many onserts can you plastic wrap?
A. 5 plus flysheet.
Q. What is the thickest magazine you can machine plastic wrap?
A.25MM
